We will always defer to the manufacturer and we want all our customers to read their instructions. Your warranty will only be in place when you follow their cleaning instructions. Each product has their own individual care needs. There are new products coming out on the market everyday. Some will clean, but will also damage your floor so be very careful with them. The following are some tips on tile floors, marble floor, granite floors as well as countertops. Also, wood floors, vinyl floors, and other types of floors you may have. If you don't see something to help you please let us know and we will search it out and get back with you by email.
